Shockburst Rounds not contributing to Electrocute buildup on targets affected by Electrocuting Arrow

Shockburst Rounds can't inflict Shock, as is intended since it benefits from Shock

However, that also prevents it from contributing towards Electrocute, both from the skill gem (understandable since it "converts" shock to electrocute) but also from Electrocuting Arrow, which states "all lightning damage"

Probably the cannot inflict shock is a flag saying "cannot inflict lightning ailments" or something like that yeah? haha

Anyways, if that's intended, then need to clarify the wording on Shockburst Rounds

As said in another post Shockburst also works from Eletrocute - thus, can't contribute to it.
