Rebalancing Pathfinder's Ascendency node "Contagious Contamination"

I'd like to share my thoughts on one of PF's Ascendency nodes.



In the context of the following node 'Overwhelming Toxicity', the restriction to only spread the most damaging poison to enemies within 1.5m makes no sense at all, since the goal with 'Overwhelming Toxicity' is obviously to accumulate as many poison stacks as possible.



My suggestion is therefore that the node should either be “ spread all poison stacks” or “half of the maximum poison stacks (with a minimum of 1)”.

It should also be mentioned that 'Herald of Plauge' has the same base effect as 'Contagious Contamination'.

In addition to the growing spread-aoe, 'Herald of Plauge' also has an 49% percent chance to hinder the poisoned opponents, if the poison was spread to them.

I agree, Contagious Contamination needs something unique. Spreading more than one poison could make it superior.
Also I thought at the beginning, that Contagious Contamination and Herald of the Plague might synergize and both spread the highest poison, basically duplicating it. So it would always spread 2 poison stacks, but with the same amount of damage. That could be good aswell. Unfortunately that's not how it works right now.

It's kinda strange that Herald of the Plague works the same, but is even better because of the chance to hinder. (and has a higher range)
