Enemy: Lightning Storm doing 2-4x damage with hits compared to other elemental skills.

Lightning Storm on enemies(and chests) seems to over tuned when compared to other elemental attacks casted by enemies, I've been killed multiple times with 2.6k life and 72% res(brass dome).

I was full health just killed by a single mod Magic Chest with Lightning Storm as an affix, from 1 strike.

Its happened before with rares but I assumed it was damage multiplier with other mods, but it doesn't seem to be the case. (There were no mods affecting resistance on the map mods).

Also if its applying a FULLL shock before the storm bolt hits and causing me to die, that is still kinda borked imo.
