River hag water orb feels out of place

Not only that, it has aimbot tracking during casting. If the hag is casting the bubble and you use a movement skill, even leap slam or stampede, she will track you during the cast and land it right in front of your character. This makes them even more ridiculous to face as melee than they already would be without this tracking. You have to bait the bubble THEN move but good luck navigating past the bubble to get to the hag as melee on 90% of tiny hallway maps.
