Unable to complete Sidequest "Lost Flute"

I collected the flute, went back to Una and talked to her. The game lagged for a moment, I lost the flute but I didn't get a reward / quest is not completed.
The flute is gone, the quest says "Talk to Una for a reward" but she won't give me the reward no matter what I talk to her about.
