Gemcutting upgrade tooltip upgrade incorrect for Herald of Ice

While having Herald of Ice equipped and cutting a higher level spirit gem, the tooltip has incorrect values shown for upgrading the gem. Holding alt changes it but still has incorrect attack damage for level 12.
