Ignagduk isn't dropping the Spirit buff addition.

So I was helping two friends on killing Ignagduk since I also needed that quest. We killed her, and they both got the + to spirit buff, except me. I went out of their party, went back, killed her, and still no spirit buff item. Help?..

Same issue for me with Ignagduk on cruel difficulty. The item dropped but my inventory was full and it disappeared. Killed her again and it did not drop again at all. Missing 40 base spirit due to this.
