Vague trial of chaos debuff effect

Pyramid Beams specify getting inflicted with Corrupted Blood on Hit, but I didn't expect for the beams to inflict damage other than applying the debuff.

I am immune to corrupted blood through a corrupted jewel, so I expected to take 0 damage.

It may be helpful to other players to specify that the hit deals damage as well?
