Seeing that there are 24 extra skill points from quests and I have 22.

Yeah its a bummer... having +10 chaos res on my CI character as well.
Spent like 2 hours today and can't find it. |

The real problem here is a lack of checklist/killboard somewhere in the quest log that show you a list of every "campaign special kills" and the fact that campaign map in general, and the act 3 in particular seems very... wonky.
Every campaign map is generated individually for each player using the same system they have created for the End Game. We will all have the same regions but everything shift slightly from player to player (you can even check the 2 act 1 maps you have right now, they won't be the same). The problem is that ACT3 tend to not display correctly all the elements it should, some time hiding the little skulls or even whole region if you haven't discovered them yet. It may happen on every acts, but I've noticed that mostly in the third one. |
