Charged staff support compatibilities

Many support gems' compatibility tooltip shows that Charged Staff is not compatible, even though the shockwave part of the skill hits, and does work with these supports.
Haven't done extensive testing to see which works and which doesn't (hard to tell in some cases) but for example Lightning Exposure works, even though the support tooltip shows it to be incompatible.

Recently realised there is a seperate listing for Charged Staff and Charged Shockwave on the tooltip. Bit confusing at first but makes sense.
