Shop bug / time out

I Tried to buy Dark Fae Wing for 235 points on discount but then the shop greyed out and then timed out. It didn't visually show any points to be spent or neither did I have the Wings in my cosmetics. So I tried to buy them again the same thing happened at the same time PoE 2 trade and websites were lagging/shut down if that makes a difference. After that I decided to restart the game to try again. But it turned out the item was bough 2 times and now I have 2 of those Dark Fae wings. Can I get 235 points refund for 1 of the wings?

but instead i bought multiple Gem stash tabs! All my points were gone.. Hopefully can get a refund. ID = GOSUACE#9585

I bought multiple Gem Stash Tabs, I believe on Saturday when they were on sale. I lost 30 points because of it. I even tried emailing support, but I haven’t received a response yet.

I hope I can get a refund. My ID is Verich89#7485.

Has anyone manage to get the issue sorted out yet? it's been almost 48 hours.. Issue still not solved yet
