Unable to gain Combo Points to cast Tempest Bell while using both Quarterstaff Strike or Ice Strike.
Verified that states are adequate for gem and supports Even removed supports and still unable to generate combo points. Last bumped on Dec 18, 2024, 11:55:48 AM

Also checked this morning, also does not gain combo points from the basic Unarmed Strike.
