Quivers freaking out

Hello, great game, have been thoroughly enjoying it.

Today my quiver started to freak out, saying I can't use the item even though the only requirement is level 24 and I'm level 41.

I found this reference on reddit, someone else with the same problem last week, so this wasn't introduced by today's patch, even though I only noticed it today.

Apparently it might be related to weapon sets, although my secondary set is also a bow, and once I noticed this issue, it doesn't go away by shelving the secondary weapon.

The issue seems to be limited to weapon set I. If I have two bows on sets I and II, no matter what quiver I try to equip, it'll work properly on weapon set II but not on weapon set I.
