Patient Barrier + Eldrict Battery Not working together

Hello,

I am trying to combine the Eldrict Battery passive skill with the Patient Barrier but the combination doesn't work. If I only take Patient Barrier, the energy shield will increase but that increase doesn't translate to mana when taking the Eldrict Battery passive. After taking both, the Patient Barrier doesn't increase the character's mana pool and refunding/changing the order of which passive you take doesn't allow them to be combined.

In PoE 2 increases and reductions to stats only apply after all stats have been "added as" or "converted to" so this is not a bug as increased energy shield does not work if the energy shield was converted to mana. However, increased mana would work.
