Ember Fusillade Wild Shards bug (Build breaking)

Wild Shards now ONLY proc on the VERY FIRST ember cast, and it doesn't ever explode into 8 embers in a circle like it did in the 0.1.0d. This is an absolutely huge build breaking bug, and needs to be fixed for the skill to be viable
