Unwavering Stance , hefty unit, stun threshold sucks
playing melee mace build attacks are slow -
enemies could easily interrupt your attacks with stuns got hefty unit providing 3 stun threshold per strength With strength stacking had well over +1200 stun threshold + max res & armor damage reduction think this would be enough still getting stun often and interrupting attacks - feels bad Got Unwavering stance to double my stun threshold & removes dodge roll Finally have enough stun threshold rarely getting stunned that feels good New Problem - no dodge roll easily surrounded, when surrounded cant escape can only trade blows with monsters cant avoid some attacks because its design around using dodge roll some of those attacks do massive damage - just have to yolo it even with move speed boots still feels bad cant avoid some attacks slows & freezes are brutal and cant avoid some of them some my attacks have huge wind up times cant cancel the attack now without dodge roll, your committed once you start the skill - cause many deaths Possible solution unwavering stance gives stun threshold additional features like- stun threshold providing the ability to push mobs out of the way at high levels stun threshold allowing you push though packs of mobs Stun threshold providing threshold for slows & immobilizers Stun threshold providing some kind defense layer for increase survival - Reduce damage by % on none stunning hits or gain stun threshold as armor against all damage on none stunning hits Conclusion - I do like this different way of playing. I don't want to see dodge roll added to unwavering stance. I just want other ways to deal with these problems. Also adding other ways to take advantage of stun threshold stacking. Otherwise its lot investment just to be stun resistance. side note- Seeing how much stun threshold is require to be effective. I think high amounts of stun threshold on gear with passives is worthless. I think having it on gear alone should be noticeable difference. Last bumped on Dec 17, 2024, 5:32:00 PM
