Skill feedback : Arc

Yup, big fan of arc and chain lightning spells in general here, and I stopped using it for the same reasons.

Arc in PoE 1 is instant, you fry a whole pack of mobs in one hit, it feels fantastic!

I wish they kept it the same.

I am also using arc, im only level 77 right now though. The targeting issue is a big one. Spark users can kill enemies off screen and even around corners, and yet arc users cant kill enemies through doors or even at the edges of their screen. It's very frustrating. The chaining speed is also way too slow, mob density doesnt even need to be that low to be overwhelmed by mobs and I even find that my second cast can be faster than the chains, making them almost redundant. The skill could also definitely use some form of autotargeting.
