Rain of Arrows lacklustre single target

Not just since the nerf to ROA hitboxes for large bosses, the synergy it has with frenzy charges is awful. More arrows means the rain goes on for longer, but rarely do mobs/bosses stay in one spot for you to rain hell on them. It gets worse because ROA has a limit of 1 active rain at any time. If I invest into 7 frenzy charge sand rian of arrows a rare I expect to delete it but all it does is tickle the rare because of the small hit box, and then the rare runs out of the rain once any cc is over.

Extra frenzy charges should cause the rain to fall faster (shorter duration) and/or more damage, like spiral shot which at least makes sense. That or remove the 1 limit ROA (but even then more arrows doesn't really mean anything because it only buffs the first rain you cause and not subsequen rains).
