Seismic Cry doesn't have a cooldown
#not a bug didn't read skill properly
As the title states. Haven't specked into the ascendancy node yet.

Pretty scared to use the skill because I don't want to get banned lol (and haven't been able to get past the ultimatum boss for the ascendancy points)

This isn't a bug, it says right on it that the cooldown is reset if it doesn't hit a heavy stunned enemy.
