Suggested support gems not compatible with Skill gems

Here I get suggested to use "Conduction" but when I want to create the gem I get told the gem is not compatible and I can not create it at all.

So does it actually not work, because the only tag is lightning and the minion has also a "lightning" tag. No listed restrictions
