Support gems causing lags and stutters

First week i played smoothly, but lately i was experiencing huge unplayable stutters, almost gave up trying to farm maps and play the game also. I searched for solution, and watched "Path Of Exile 2 - FPS Issue For Mercs: Solved?!" wudijo's vid. After some testing i have to say, when i socket/unsocket Immolate, Lightning infusion, Fire infusion in ANY socket just running in circles, the game stutters. I undestrand that there are some damage calculations happening, on the server side, but also without these gems in maps game feels better/smoother/ some kind of playable, so something is definitely broken there. I dont remember any stutters hard like this first week with 3 link setups.

I will add more gems if i found anything else.

EDIT: brutality and scattershot are also bugged. At this point i would assume that only gems that add damage (extra/gain/more) calculation cause lag and stutters. But without scattershot witchhunter is basically unplayable, since i only play grenades.

After i removed every support gem causing lag except scattershot (greande builds aint playable without it), its so much better, but i have 0 dps now. But how do you play the game if you cant use gems, you know?

Imagine having 5-6 such damage gems in a build, no wonder i was lagging so hard basically couldn't move once i do first grenade shot.

No it's not, im playing witchhunter, and as soon as i press fire grenades makes game slow-mo/delayed/input lag.
