Cruel - Act 3 - Quest Icons on the map

it says I have completed the quest on the right in the quest counter
but does not say what reward I acquired from completing while hovering over it

This also happens on some other quests where the icon goes grey but doesn't say what the quest reward you have received.

Act 3:
Mighty Silverfist
Blood Sacrifice
Venom Draught

(Underground)
Blackjaw, The Remnant

This only seems to be an issue in cruel act 3, atleast for me.

Mainly just an issue because I can't remember if I actually got the reward for the mission or not.
