Power charge generation

It seems that every build just uses Resonance keystone + combat frenzy for power charges since pretty much all other sources are either mever worth it or just unreliable/unintuitive. It would be much healthier for the game to have better ways to generate power charges directly.

I completely agree with this. There's just no other way of reliably getting power charges. Killing palm is barely useable since I hardly ever get monsters in the correct kill range, and siphoning strike is too dependant on whether or not you shock AND if the monsters aren't already dead.

Solution: change both Siphoning Strike and Killing Palm to (chance) on hit effect instead of on kill effects. You can change the numbers to not make it OP of course. This way you can blink in with those skills, use your other skills and get Power Charges

There's always going to be a "best" way to do something.

I'd also like to see more/improved options that have you actually using skills, don't get me wrong. But I don't think that it'll change that the bulk of players will use whichever method is deemed the best and that all other methods are "unplayable". If resonance wasn't in the game, zoomers would probably just use volls instead. They don't now, because a few passives for pathing is better than giving up your chest slot... but it is an option.
