EA taken away

I don't know what happened yesterday but I was normaly playing the game, then I restarted the game and it's showing me that I don't have EA anymore. I won EA in twitch giveaway. I don't know if it's a bug but I can't play. Please help.

Did you gain access by redeeming a key that someone gave you? Is it possible that the person you got it from wasn't very trustworthy and has refunded the purchase that gave them the extra key, which would have invalidated your redemption?

Yes, I won a key on twitch giveaway, but 5 of my friends won keys from the same streamer and they still have access so it would be weird if he refunded only 1 key. That's a good question if he even could refund a key which was used and I have over 40 hours in the game. As you can see I bought 60€ supporter pack because I love this series and want to support GGG so when I got a key from that I gave it to my friend. Now I don't know if I'll get it back or should I spend another big money. I don't even know if they would take away new key as well...
