Hailstorm rounds and Shockburst rounds, quality on wrong gem "object"

Noticed that the quality on Shockburst rounds doesn't affect the amount of rounds loaded with the skill. But quality does work for Galvanic shards.
Looked into it more and it and for the gems with "Bolts loaded per clip" that are working, the quality is stated under the "Ammunition" part of the gem description. On the ones that are currently bugged, it is stated on the "Skillname Rounds" part of the gem description. Jup, ran into the same issue with my Gemling, Hailstorm Rounds currently doesnt get the stated bonus from Quality at all.
