Cannot access endgame even though campaign is completed.

I finished act 3 on cruel difficulty and was gonna head over to my hideout on my second character.
When I tried to activate a map on the map table it said "You can't access endgame before you have completed the entire campaign" or something like that.
I went through the questlog and found out that the travelling quest from act 1 normal to act 2 normal was still not completed.
I went back to act 1 normal and was gonna "Travel East" as the quest told me to do, but it didn't let me "Travel East" since The Hooded One didn't have any option for this.
I am now stuck and can't access endgame until this quest is done. I also have a second character in Act 3 that still shows the same quest not completed.

This is impacting a lot of players and needs to be fixed asap, please!
