Area Attack damage not working on Shield/Off-Hand skill damage

Resonating Shield is an attack and has the AoE tag, aswell as just visually being AOE.

Notables with regular attack damage (like Sharpened Claw) is scaling damage fine for both Resonating Shield and Shield Wall. But notables like Devastation and Impact Force does not scale the damage, only the radius.

This does not seem intended, but i could be wrong.

I saw this too, I was hoping it would be fixed in today's patch but no, now the "Shield Wall" skill is also bugged, it doesn't scale with area damage even though it's an area skill, but it's scaling with "Melee Damage", even though it's not a melee damage skill.
I wanted to focus on a build with shield skills, but with these bugs it's difficult, we'll have to wait for them to fix it!
