Balbala didnt drop his Barya on cruel difficulty for my ascendancy points!

I go there for that quest item but no drop. I repeated the kill 3 times but no drop. Im sure its not my fault, as i checked his abilities and drops on youtube before the fight and there was no barya in his loot. Fix this plz or at least send it out playerz who has this bug. Thx.

Same for me...getting really frustrating. Or if I'm doing something wrong it would be nice if it was more clear....

It isnt a bug. Next point drops random from an item level 60 with 3 rooms.
