Lost ascendency point due to portal bug

Hey all,

Warning as this is my last straw for uninstalling for time being. Completed trial wanted to take care of chests first before picking ascension point. Opened town portal to sell some stuff and go bug, and ofcourse it is bugged. No point, not ability to repeat trial. With all the respect to this game, town portal not working in arpg in XXI century is just unnacceptable.
