Oasis Waystone Rare Spawn out of map.

Issue: Was doing a Tier XIV(14) Waystone on the map Oasis, i went ahead and cleared looking for the Last rare where i saw it off the map. I'm unable to get to where the Rare is.


You can see on the mini map that the rare is on impassable terrain which where i can't get to.
