Ofc the game has some issues and valid critics to fix them....It's a Beta, game is allowed to have issues.

The thing is that many people currently flood the forums with threads like "mimimi, game to hard & bad bcs of that" becasue they fail 1 boss encounter once or are to lazy to develop theyr own char and think they can faceroll from LVL1 like in D4.

Please don't devalue valid constructive feedbacks from vets by comparing them with whining threads of some nubs. ;)

I generally disagree with the "Ignore this group" mentality. However in the case of Reddit I make a concession.
It's a hive of idiocy and bots and idiocy interacting with bots. Its almost never indicative of anything outside the Reddit bubble of dumb.

I agree that they should stick to their vision, I love the pace and the campaign. I don't agree you should ignore the players, ever. The problem is that while I applaud their vision, it is not perfectly implemented yet. This is something GG already knows which is why they are hotfixing and adjusting. That's the point of this beta.

A large portion are in maps and still playing. Most of General chat knows that maps was thrown together 2 months before launch and will get reworked and fine tuned.

You're absolutely correct, but don't expect the people who pollute those forums and these to care. They barely lay out coherent criticism inbetween their lashing out at either GGG or to others enjoying the game. They have an problem with a mechanic...people tell them how to alleviate the issue...they in turn get mad at once again; at GGG for not making it like PoE1, or at the person who suggested it, because god forbid whatever the fix is would require effort or learning.

I pop in here once or twice during the day and the posts just become more and more laughable. They speak in a hostile manner, then get offended when people who feel otherwise come at them in a hostile manner. I swear the internet has poisoned people beyond repair. The days of holding a civil conversation are all but dead, and unlike back in the day, people just don't do something else when they don't like something...they stay and put all their effort into forcing change onto the thing they don't like into something they do, and fuck everyone else.

Low IQ, selfish, ignorant, terminally online narcissists in most cases.


I actually feel bad for the posts of people at least approaching things they don't like with well thought out critiques and suggestions on how to tweak them, but they get buried by all the forum riff raff whose sole job apparently is to try and cause dissent through negativity.
