Cannot start endgame map

After completing last boss I tried to activate map device, it opened this map but clicking on any node doesn't open any window to insert waystone and start map. Now I even cannot come back to that endgame room where device is located as well.
How to fix?

Looks like fix found.
You need to go back on map of act 3(6), there go at The Ziggurat Refuge location or walk down the stairs from the portal. Do that after logoff/game restart.
