POE 1 travel skills

After being pinned multiple times by enemies wioth no way out, can we get back the poe 1 travel skills that actually allow us to escape when we get pushed into a corner in a room by mobs.
The lack of damage scaling and the increase to health and resistances on enemies is absolutily terrible, meaning with the mass nerfs happening with no free respec option for the builds we are locked in to that or to sit and farm on a lower map for hours to get the gold to respec, of course we can just through the progress down the drain and reroll when we hardly had time to actually get toii know the class we are playing.
