Mantra of destrucion + Hand feedback

So acolyte ascendency with monk, they have by lvl:50 some juicy Chaos nodes, more than the witch!, I have seen a Essence Drain contagion build however

Charged staff invoker synergizes so much better, Why is Mantra only a 1 hit? even stacking 260% Chaos dmg i cannot get mantra to do Anything, even with Hand,

Mantra should be looked at Idk if there's a heavy hitting chaos QS skill happening in future but the lack of Chaos Skill on monk make it feel unplayable,

Why is Charged staff just activating and Cleaning maps, can mantra be a Chaos equivalent of that by adding chaos dmg to attacks?

<antra in its currently form does really nothing and the Chaos Monk fantasy Feels lost...

The whole "Chaos theme" of the Monk or more specifically the Acolyte of Chayula seems to me more targeted towards enhancing your other skills.

Because the X% gaiend as extra Chaos damage scaled with the damage you have already on the skill.

I have great success with Mantra of Destruction combined with Vaulting Impact for clear (and massive amounts of Flame of Chayula stacks) or together with Tempest Bell for insane singletarget damage.

Hand of Chayula also only is a supportability not really meant to deal damage.

I am playing Lightning as my main damage type and all the chaos damage gain just is elevated from that (together with a few %chaos increases).

Having Despair and Voltaic Mark applied in a boss fight for over 10 seconds by one skill that also is a gap closer feels great.

But I do hope that we can a "pure" chaos Quarterstaff attack.
