Remove only tabs PS5 + Steam

Hi there,
I've bought and played PoE2 on my PS5 (the $60 version) and have bought some special stash tabs there. Today I linked my Steam and PS5 accounts here on this website because I also wanted to play on pc. I've bought the $30 version through Steam. Once logged in, I made sure to pick the PS5 account to create my new character, and once I got to the encampment I noticed that my premium tabs now are Remove Only. What does remove only mean? Obviously I cannot add anything to those tabs, and only take from them, but I also want to add to them. If I remove everything does that tab disappear? Do I have to re-buy the premium tabs even though I've already bought them? Would love some more information because so far everything I've found makes no sense. I have no clue what standard or league or anything like that means. I just made characters the regular way, didn't do anything fancy, 100% not on hardcore either. Thanks in advance! PS5 purchases are not cross platform, sony declined to allow it as part of their deal to publish on their platform (they want you to spend money there)
basically all MTX would show from the PS5 on PC but would be unavailable, same deal if you buy on PC and wanted to use it on the PS5. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
