Sekhem rework and tweaks suggestions

Sekhem is very unfun to play as you has high risk and barely no reward, i want to suggest some changes that still will force you to manage honour, but even if you take hits it's still somehow manageable.

Overall good play should be rewarded not obligatory.

Exact values here is just examples.

1. Rework honour.

1.1. Player are starting at 0 honour with no buffs/debuffs and it can go both - positive/negative (or start at 50% but at doubled. When you reach a certain amount of honour (thresholds each 5/10/25% that scales as 1:1 to ES+HP) you gain a reward buff for positive: drop rate for keys, chests drop rate upgrade etc - and mobs buff with player debuff at negative: more/increased hp/damage/speed/pen-res for mobs and less health/mana recovery/leeching/flask charge gain up to 100% and ES max value up to 50-60% (i'm not sure what to do with ES) at -90/100% honour so you can heal only with flasks but they are limited. Each threshold adds new effect exact value scales effects. Some special big reward/debuff at +90/-90% (key drops at clearing room and afflictions are x1.5 stronger as example).

Modifiers:
Max honour modifiers -> increased effects of honour

Do not debuff player defense at the same time increasing mobs attack - it's just a way to oneshot and will kill a point of this changes.

1.2. Also change teleport destination to the entrance and close the trial if you leave area (with added notification) + disable healing from entrance waypoint (to prevent abuse flasks) for player being able to trade.

1.3. Also change all loses and gains to relative and not absolute value: all classes will gain/lose nearly same amount from boons/afflictions.

1.4. Less base honour lose + less honour resist from relic (let us use something else in early/midgame)

2. Afflictions

Remove/rework all never/ever pick afflictions (no armor/evasion/ES; 100% damage at low health; losing water at hits;) - i guess, no one ever picked random affliction because of huge chance to become literally oneshotable (idk about endspiel)

3. Coop

Summarizing all members honour to party honour (as a warrior i cant play with mage at all cuz if he lose 10% of honour i'll lose 50-60%)

Party memebers cant leave trial before ending and cant join in going trial (as long as player didnt left entrance he can rejoin to trial - for preventing technical issues affecting run in Sekhem)

Recovering affects party honour, not each player.

All players gains own reward from floor end boxes (without party drop rate scaling)
Or do it in another way, just make drop not bound to host only, it's frustrating to others.

i feel like it is not really explained anywhere and players have to figure it out
the trials are balanced around you having right relics open and stuffed before entry

nobody is really supposed to ace the trials from first go, you are planned to fail, once you get right relics and develop a proper plan (not just randomly rush any room) you will clear those trials easily

The issue I have with that is it requires grinding the content without getting your ascendancy to acquire the relics to achieve max honour resistance. I just want my ascendancy dude, and hate Ultimatum even more.

Mechanic that literally decrease depth of other mechanics is not fine (i've stacked 75% res, a lot of max and restoring as other affixes is just completely useless comparing to them and you couldn't make any useful affix that doesnt touch honour).

+devs pointed that they want to make poe more acceptable to newbies and absolutely bricked first 3-4 runs for ascension is not about this.
