auto switch realm problem

I entered the game from Hong Kong realm.
When I switch a scene, sometimes it auto switches to Japan realm. And the lag is completely abnormal. I can't continue the game and wasted some maps today. Last bumped on Dec 16, 2024, 9:29:04 AM
