POE2 Ancient Vows quest line stuck after discarding one of the relics

Hello, I accidentally discarded the Kabala Clan Relic when I wanted to show my party member how the quest item looks. Now the Ancient Vows quest is stuck on "Insert the Kabala Clan Relic" but I don't have it and after clearing out Keth multiple times it no longer drops.

I imagine the simplest way to fix this bug is to not let the item be dropped in the future, but if I also can recover my character's quest line state by getting the relic to drop multiple times until the quest if finished that would also be a great fix, thanks!

It's not solved, no. I tried clearing out Keth some additional times but it doesn't drop and the quest line is still stuck on "Insert the Kabala Clan Relic".

I'm having this issue as well. Although it never dropped for me in the first place during my run through Cruel

Also having this issue. It never dropped. Hope they fix this because it's wack. Haven't found a way to progress past the quest or reset.
