Trial blocked...

Hello. I did trial of sekhemas 69 3, i completed it and should get points but the portal at the end after last boss bugged i could not get out and i didnt get any points, when im doing again im still didnt get any talents points seems, it says on the key that i cant get any ascedantion points from this key. but tested like 20x everything is same seems like my character is "stuck" can someone help me to outglitch my character
