Gas Arrow is casting twice when moving at high speeds

Sometimes when I cast Gas Arrow while moving, it casts twice. If I am not moving, or if there are no enemies, it never does this.

It only happens when I hit an enemy directly with the arrows, or when I hover over them and have their name showing (not sure which). It never happens when I target empty ground with no monsters around.

It's not an issue of holding the mouse button too long. I can intentionally hold it longer and not queue a 2nd skill use.

Both the intended cast and unintended do damage and cost mana, so I don't think it's rubber banding. It doesn't happen with lightning arrow, bow attack, or any other skills that I've noticed.

It isn't an issue with my mouse double clicking, as it also occurred when using a keybind (and I tested my mouse, it's fine).

It seems to happen maybe 1-5% of the time that I hit a mob with the gas arrows while moving. It is not a consistent rate, but it can happen quite frequently, sometimes with only a dozen or so normal casts between them.

Finally I found someone with the same problem, this started happening to me as well. Tried using different mice, tried capping the framerate, the ability will still randomly it feels like cast twice. This becomes a bit of a problem when one gas arrow costs 1/3 of your mana pool.
