3. Doesn't work for me on omen spectre, arrow/triangle to open detail skill window is not clickable. Seems I've gotten more cancerous and terminal version of that bug for my item. Ehhhh and its gonna be pricy to change.

Not having stat requirement and trying to switch, exchange set 1 2 items may cause this bug and item to be bricked. I didn't have enough STR, rescpec my stats after change, bugg started somewhere around that time.
