POE 2 - Crash on loading Atlas

Just finished Act 3 cruel. Every time I try to load the Atlas, no matter from where, it loads to where I can see a waypoint house with a white background, then crashes. I have tried downscaling graphics, and capping FPS / Turning multithread off with no change. Tried downgrading to Direct11 and Vulkan, same problem.

I have not had crashes anywhere else in the game until now. I can still use that character to replay other acts, just soft locked out of end game content.

Same issue, only thing seems to solve it is using another map on the same node on the atlas...
