Uniques should be able to drop with "upgraded" basetypes

I just dropped "the Dancing Mirage" unique armour and I really like this Kintsugi style armour, the one thing I wish was that it could drop as an "Expert Wayfarer Jacket" in addition to "Wayfarer Jacket", this way the items could be both serve a role as early/midgame Uniques aswell as endgame Uniques in certain builds, but currently its base defenses would just not hold up to endgame standards.
