Apex of Filth map blocks progress

It seems impossible for me to continue through the Apex of Filth. The area here is impassable because of how close the terrain things are.



A picture of my minimap. The area on the right is also incorrectly displayed (there's a wall blocking the path forward) so as far as I can tell, this is the only way forward.

It felt like something the devs might want to know about.
