Comet manual cast does not allow movement or spell cancelation
One of the major features of POE2 is allowing almost every spell in the game to be cast on the move, (albeit at half move speed.)
I say almost every spell because Comet doesn't seem to allow for this. There is no indication in the tooltip anywhere that it should be different than any other spell. Yet you are animation locked while casting it. A dodge roll gets you out of it, but even trying to cast another spell (Cold Snap) doesn't work to break the animation for Comet. (Cold Snap DOES work to stop casting Frostbolt.) This feels like a bug. You should be able to walk while casting Comet, and hitting Cold Snap should cancel your Comet cast to prioritize Cold Snap.
