Mercenary Dyad Crossbow transforms into Bombard Crossbow when I use exalts on it.

I have upgraded multiple Dyad Crossbows(Crossbows that load an additional bolt) through the use of regal/exalts and seen them transform into bombard crossbows(Crossbows that fire an additional grenade projectile).

Extremely frustrating.
