lvl 81 in a lvl 71 trial of sekema...

so who thought it would be fun to waste like 30 minutes to get to a boss with unknown mechanics? best part is, i made about 10% damage (+50% hp affliction) when he ran through my 1500 honor at 75% resistance with one hit - and i dont even what i am supposed to do.

this is even more infuriating than the sirus fight, that fight felt like an accomplishment. this trial feels like a waste of time. and when i got these points i will NEVER run that shit again, the rewards are insane trash for the amount of rage it produces.

btw i was never even close to dying with 60% armor and 60% evasion, topped with winddance n stuff. this is so fucking boring.

bosses like that can have a small (!) amount of shit to do first, maybe 30-60 seconds of these nonsense rooms - thats it. this mechanic is sooo out of the gameplay loop, it makes me wanna buy a ticket and fly to the headquaters to piss in the coffeemachine

It is a waste of time.
I started my game today, completed a map, tried running 2 more got one-shot from projectiles out of screen so I closed my game again.

If I were able to do my ascendency at least I'd get some more defense, but I've done over 40 maps and only found one Sekhem .. which I failed on 2nd floor due to a trap losing 90% of my honour.
i think its fair to say, it is mandatory to have a least
75% elemental resistance
50%+ armor
50%+ evasion
and at least 20% chaos resistance

2000 life and 200 energy shield with ghost shroud, winddancer and scrap armor (and vitality)

and that is basically every defense this game currently has to offer - i could have more maxres, but it is impossible to finish the third ascension, let alone 10 rounds of random trialmaster trash

Welcome to the club. They dont care. They actually brought this, the most hated part of poe1 here then pretended they listen to there community to sell this hyped pos.

I started with contructive feedback until I found this out, and now its pretty clear were just dealing with another completely out of touch dev thats a smooth talking salesman working to please no one but there investors.

Im now 78 and melting Tier 8 content likes its nothing, yet the third boss, I spend rolling around endlessly trying and praying to get off a shot befor he drains 3.5k honour and 75% res. I got him like 10%. Yet every mob on the way there disintigrated instantly to my attacks. Then sent back to the start, You think i want to go through ALL those levels again or on a new toon. GGG has lot there fucking minds.

Mobs which btw can teleport under your feet and facefuck you in .005 seconds. Playing fucking frogger with fireballs, running around touching crystals while dodging these fucking idioticly designed mobs that should have no place in here. Getting sent back to the start for bs mechanics.

To top it all off, if I didnt have to worry about honor and this was a fair fight against my actual build and defence these mobs and bosses would have no chance against me. Never mind the failures, What the fuck does ths have to do with aarpg play or fun? What in the actual fuck is this minigame shit theyve designed? For what? Who wanted this or thought it was a good idea after the similar version of this in poe failed misserably and everyone hated it. People designed specific specs to beat it and paid others to do it for them. Nothing about this makes sense and they absolutly knew better and did it anyways.

Im fucking pissed, this and xp loss on death is a total deal breaker for me and many others. Im pissed because I love everything else about this game more then I thought possible, but this shit is beyond unnacceptible and has gate kept from the thing I currently love most.

Fucking idiots.

I have no interst in shit like this and had I known I would have gone to a different game. Brilliant design.

I would like this sort of content if they just remove the Honor system. Maybe make the negatives more powerful as replacement but just disable the honor system.

You play very carefully to not die but gettin hits sometimes anyways - entering the Boss with 1000 Honor and get oneshotted. Not because of the dmg kills you because the Honor drops to 0.

The people that actually like sanctum, played it a lot and have their vendor strategy and know exactly what to pick can run this stuff. The solution would be to make Ultimatum a viable alternative for every build. Does that mean some people will faceroll the Ultiamtum? Yes, most likely?! But at least people that are not able to finish three floors of a sanctum would be able to get their third and fourth ascendancy.

Or for the third ascendancy a quest item could drop that one can run infinite times and that is more like a tutorial difficulty for Ultimatum/Sekhema just like the first eater and exarch in maps where a little bit easier.

Let the fourth one be somewhat of a challenge ok, but give us the darrn third one. Not everybody is able to finish a sanctum.

DM did the THIRD Ascendancy in sanctum on 4k honor with lvl 84 and he almost wiped on the third boss. How much are you supposed to overlevel? Why wasn't he able to finish an Ultimatum with this kind of tank???

This should be the number one priority now, it has to change badly.

TLDR: Solution Nerf the living hell out of Ultimatum and 10 trial Ultimatum token shoudl drop end of act 3 very early maps or offer quest token that one can run infinite times with turotial difficulty for third ascendancy.
