Ip banned mistake

Good afternoon, I was playing POE2 and took a half-hour break to play some Baldur's Gate 3. When I returned and tried to log into my account, it showed this error:

same happened to me just 10 mins ago, i was playing poe and had a lag, i was logged off, then when i tried to log back in i got the same message
