Feedback on the EA (Early Access) Ascendancies, Expidition, Minions, rare enemies, etc.
Hi there, I wanted to share some feedback on the current EA of the game. Here are a few points that I think could improve the gameplay experience:
Ultimatum Area Level Scaling: The level is set too high for Ultimatum third acendancy. Once you enter the endgame, there’s little to no real decision-making regarding which ascendancy to choose. The Ultimatum starts with an area level around 77, while the Sanctum starts at level 60. A suggestion would be to implement 10 trials with an area level around 60, similar to Sanctum, where you could go through the trials without receiving rewards for the last Ascendancy. Debuff Clarity: It would be helpful to include videos or clear descriptions of the debuffs you choose in Ultimatum (like lightning fields or statues that petrify/slow). Some debuffs are unclear in terms of their size, effect radius, or spawn rates, and a visual representation could significantly enhance player understanding. Porting Error: I’ve encountered multiple errors when attempting to port directly to my hideout from Ultimatum and Sanctum starting areas. Sanctum Minion Interaction with Traps: I’ve noticed that while playing with minions, I don't take damage from traps, but my minions do. This often leads to losing honor if they get hit and with that doing small area damage, even though I am not hit by the trap. A workaround I found was unequipping the minions where I was standing to prevent them from taking damage. This issue makes it harder to strategize with minions in these traps. Minions A suggestion to allow minions to port to me when they get stuck, or simply move out of the way when there's little space. This would prevent them from dying because they can’t follow me properly or because they run to attacking enemies and die because they are too far away. Expedition Chest and Logbook Visibility: The chest flags and chests themselves aren’t easily visible, which makes it difficult to interact with them during expeditions. The same goes for the logbooks. Flask Stash Tab I’d like to propose the idea adding charms to the flask stash tab would make organizing these items easier Rare Enemies I would suggested a bit more visibility in terms of seeing that is an rare enemy in front of me Character Customization Gender Choice: An option to choose whether to play as a male or female character would be a great addition to personalization. Whisper sounds They are not noticeable and too quite to hear. Maybe adding an option to change this, like two different options: silent and small or louder and more noticiable Final Thoughts Overall, I’m really enjoying the game so far, and I’m looking forward to the final version. It’s clear a lot of work has gone into this, but I believe these improvements could make the experience smoother and more enjoyable. Thanks for considering my feedback!
