Map Sustain

Hi,

I actually dont know what to do. Im lvl 80 and stuck on low level Maps. There is just no higher waystone then Lvl 5 dropping anymore, I had some 6,7 and 8 which i found along the way but thats it.
I just did run a juiced Tier 5 Map and together with my passives the map had a whooping 315% increased chance to drop a Waystone.
I have allocated my 14 Atlas points into Waystone quant and that they drop a Tier higher (70%).

Outcome of the complete map:

2 x Tier 2
1 x Tier 5

all 3 normal rarity.

Please fix this asap.

Yeah, for anybody that's in T14's or T15's, the map situation is ridiculous.

My atlas is configured for Waystone drops. The nodes work, they just don't work so well for dropping higher tiers. You'll have plenty of Waystone drops below T10.

I can walk out of a T15 with some uniques, 5 exalted, 3 chaos, 2 alchemy and 0 Waystones. I'm just sort of sitting in my hideout now, bored.

I'm not running low tier maps just for something to do.

Level 75 monk, I had fun until tier 5. Once you're out of cash and waystones, that's a wrap. No one wants to scrape up 5000 for a tier 1, just to start "garbage" collection for cash, for more tier 1s until they can craft a tier 5. The end game feels more like a way kill gameplay, than a way to improve your character. Rest in peace my dear little monk..."tier 5 retired".

Hell, I am just starting maps and can't even sustain having waystones to run. I've put every point into waystone/drops nodes in the atlas and I am stuck buying tier 1 from doriyani half the time. Why is the drop rate for waystones so friggin low?????!?!?!??

Slot your low level waystones into the reforge bench, 3 of one level give 1 of the next level. Might help somewhat.

Im happy map sustain is a challenge and not a given again as it was back before perandus in poe1. PoE1 lost so many of the things i enjoyed while catering to the "zoom zoom i just wanna finish everything now" crowd, and im happy poe2 is bringing it back.

Completly agree, It's Trash even at 400% drop rate and Quality % upgraded you get dogsh!t. You get Waystone T2-3 dropping 90% of the time in T15 and It's Trash. This is need of dire adjustment.
